Meet the Founder -

The Collective was founded by Coreena Breazeale after years of building, leading, and carrying the weight of doing it all herself.

A U.S. Coast Guard veteran and founder of Revive Connects, Coreena knows what it’s like to be capable, driven, and outwardly successful—while quietly exhausted by the expectation to do everything alone. She built systems. She scaled businesses. She showed up strong. But the loneliness of always being the one “who had it together” never went away.

What started as simple coffee conversations became something deeper. Not networking. Not performance. Just honest connection. Conversations about the messy middle. The fears no one talks about. The dreams that feel too vulnerable to say out loud.

Coreena realized that what she needed wasn’t more strategy—it was community. And if she felt this way, other women did too.

Today, The Collective exists as a space for women to connect without pressure, grow without comparison, and build without burning out. It’s intentionally designed to balance heart and structure—real conversations paired with thoughtful experiences that give women their time, clarity, and sense of belonging back.
