Meet the Founders -
Coreena Breazeale and Genesis Hey Krick started The Collective because they were both tired of feeling buried—capable, driven, and completely exhausted from doing it all in isolation.
Coreena, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and founder of Revive Connects, had mastered building systems and scaling businesses. But she couldn't systematize away the loneliness of being the one who was "supposed to have it together." Genesis had spent years performing in spaces that demanded perfection over presence, and she was done pretending that success meant going it alone.
When they started meeting for coffee, something shifted. They weren't networking—they were connecting. Talking about the hard seasons, the fears, the dreams that felt too vulnerable to say out loud. And they realized: if they needed this space, other women did too.
Today, Coreena brings strategic systems thinking into everything The Collective does—designing events and experiences that give women back their time and purpose. Genesis protects the heart of it all, ensuring that no matter how much this community grows, it never loses the authenticity and safety that made it special in the first place.
